I never heard it - love to get a copy too - unless it's being held for the next compilation....

It's nothing to get excited about - a demo by a song by Kevin Hewick where New Order happen to be the backing band, recorded in one afternoon.

Excellent, thanks for that. In the US, the tune is available to download from amazon. Just slapped my 89 cents on the table for it-- http://www.amazon.com/gp/search/ref=sr\_nr\_i\_0?rh=k%3Ahewick%2Ci%3Adigital-music&keywords=hewick&ie=UTF8&qid=1308234662

Not a bad tune and I like the lyrics! Hewick's voice does seem a little out of place with New Order, maybe a little too flowery for the music, but pretty good

He supported THE LIGHT last Month for their FAC251 gigs, he was pretty good and gave me a free CD. Some interesting stuff on there.

He played Haystack too [someone shouted it from the audience].

Martin Hannett never mixed "Haystack" as he fell asleep under the desk after claiming it sounded too much like Fairport Convention, so the track will forever be unfinished.

i've always dug it. first heard it in the 80s off some cassette, really crappy quality.

but i've always had a spot in my heart for it,

"she picks up the stiletto"

come on, a great heroin song!

and better than Vietnam and Turn My Way for sure.
