Perfect Kiss and EGG notes and patterns?

Hello I just had a quick question.

I am trying to sequence these two songs on some recording software I have.

As of now I don't care about the actual sounds. I am just really interested in the rhythm lines and notes of these two songs.

For Perfect Kiss and EGG I would like to know the 1. synth bassline patterns an notes and 2. the synthy rhythmic riff patterns and notes that play on top of the basslines

If anyone could please help me out or point me in the right direction that would be greatly appreciated! :)

I can send you a midi file for TPK, I don't know who made it, I collected a few midi files a few years ago, this is only about 4 minutes but should be a good starting point for you.

I also did a cover of egg which I can convert into a midi file if you want, it's not 100% correct but again should be of some help, you can hear my cover version here http://soundcloud.com/jed/everythings-gone-green

PM me your eamail address if you want the midi files.

Hey thanks for the quick reply.

I do have midi files for them. You can get more midi files for a bunch of jd and no songs here:

JD&NO_Midi

But I bet a lot of people here already know that.

I actually figured out the synth bassline to Perfect Kiss I just can't get the timing or the notes to the synth riff thats played over the bassline. You know what the rhythm pattern is for that or the notes?

Jed, I listened to some of your tracks on soundcloud the other week. they are very well produced and I liked.

Im getting broadband finally installed at home tomorrow, so if youre still up for that Lets Go collaboration, ill get onto it this week.

Here's a version of Perfect Kiss I put together back in 2003 for whatever Digital were called then... I can't remember. They were doing the guitars and vocals live over top. I managed to find the separate rendered audio tracks (drums, synth bass and chords) but I can't find the original Logic file or MIDI tracks anywhere.

Jed, you should slap (er, not slap) some bass over this.

Link don't work mate! I had a go at learning TPK last week, it's a bit tricky, especially the crescendo at the end and I've never been able to slap the bass, always feel a bit Mark King when I try and soon want to swing the bass about to make ammends!

Should be working now... a nasty line break sneaked in there and screwed it up.

And here it is... again...

12XU!!!

I remember going online and auditioning frog sound effects.

Oh, and I forgot to mention, those covers sound amazing.

cheers Gnu Odor. I might have a bash at adding guitars and vox and mimic bass lead on something synthetic.
