I just passed up the opportunity to purchase - for the princely sum of £1 - the Bernard Sumner "Rockin' Over Manchester" remixes of Technotronic's 'hit' Rockin' Over The Beat on a really tatty looking 12".

Is this a pound saved or have I missed the opportunity of a lifetime?

Is that the right track? I thought it was different.

I ripped it from Technotronic's remix album and that's what it says on the tracklist.

OK now that I check the original single on Discogs, it looks like the CD might be wrong:

A Rockin' Over The Beat (Rockin' Over Manchester Hacienda Mix) 7:05
B1 Rockin' Over The Beat (Rockin' Over Manchester Piccadilly Mix) 6:29
B2 Rockin' Over The Beat (Rockin' Over Manchester Instrumental Mix) 5:55

My best guess is that the CD version is the Piccadilly Mix, not the Hacienda Mix.

It appears I was misled.

Although it's said that one can't make an accurate judgment after one listen, one listen is all it's getting...

Thanks for uploading it though.
