Regret missing?
Reading 89 - but to be fair, I was only 14 and had no money.
Whilst old enough, the only gig I'm gutted I couldnae get to was the Apollo 98 as I was on a l;ast warning at work for sickies and couldnae get out of ma 2-10 shift 
Before my gigging years, I would probably have chosen Kilkenny 83 or Finsbury 87 or......

I most regret missing the Birmingham NEC show in 89 (I was 15 at the time!) or Wembley 2006.
My charge sheet is pretty paltry next to the usual suspects 
I was a teenager during the 90s which limited what I could do plus the band were offline for half the decade:

I had tickets for both Reading '98 and Wembley Arena '06 but both fell through due to transport arrangements (being a broke student and all that). Was gutted about Reading as I've never seen Gillian-era NO, the gig was obviously blinding from the Radio 1 broadcast and Monaco played earlier in the day. Wasn't so fussed missing Wembley as the venue's soulless and the band were nearing the end anyway.
I almost made Fuji Rock in '01 but would have had to extend my trip by a few days which would have cost the earth. My brother went instead as he was living there at the time.

I was in Arizona in '97 when Monaco played the El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles. Considered making the journey to the next state to see them but it didn't happen. Shame as I have an audience recording of this somewhere and it sounds fucking great. It was my birthday on the day of the gig as well.

Booked in for the upcoming Brussels & Paris shows and once The Light start doing New Order material and/or tour London I'd be up for seeing them again. I've a feeling their live versions of Dreams Never End and EGG will end up drawing me in.
"Disappointed" to never have seen Electronic live who I have a feeling would have been legendary but they never exactly made the effort to go on the road after 1991.

I missed a gig because of a miscommunication between my ex-wife and her mates who she was gonna stop with in Melbourne, whilst I went to Adelaide with JG and Gordie. Turns out her mates had decided to fcuk off to Tasmania on that date instead.
I ended up stopping longer in Melbourne and we went to Penguin Island whilst New Order played Adelaide.
The penguins were fcuking ace though, glad I went.

I forgot about that Scala gig. I do remember Keith Allen being in the audience and seemed to be absolutely tiny.
Also forgot the Ritz gig, which was actually a good day out all round. David Nolan was drinking with us before the gig.

Funny, Arthur Baker was at The Scala aftershow as well and I remember thinking he was fucking huge (as in tall). Towered over me anyways.

There was a lot of folk you'd know at the Scala. I certainly remember pompeyorder being up with his Mrs and stopping at mine for the night. Iain and Bunny were there. Mike too. All before NOOL as well.

A few have mentioned their age wishing they were older. I missed Glasgow 1987 due to end of year exams. Next gig in the British Isles I missed was the 1998 Apollo comeback, between those dates I did 10 gigs. So please, lets not hear the whine from over the Atlantic about them not touring the States, they did 61 over there in the same period.
