Cheers for posting this great new about the 7 tracks being released in time for xmas, makes up a little for missing the NO gigs in Europe.

Personally I hop Hooky does Movement next, no point doing substacne as he already plays these tracks at The Light gigs.

Wow, he really is persisting with the "New Order split" thing (rather than "I left New Order", which is far more accurate from what we know). And performing 'every song I've ever written'; closest he'd get would be the Monaco stuff as 50% writing credits are Hooky...

Before I get accused of 'Hooky bashing', I really do love the guy, but he really is doing himself fewer favors each time he's interviewed...sometimes it is better to just shut up...

Why didn't Hooky revive Monaco in 2007 is beyond me. It seems, he would have been happy to play HIS songs. He could play bits of Monaco (I loved them!), Revenge, Freebass, New Order (!) and Joy Division (!!!). No one would throw a stone at him. Basically that's what Bad Lieutenant did. Everyone would have been happy. And Monaco had more to its name than The Light... Of course, playing JD albums under Monaco would be a bit strange, but then they could have just thrown JD tracks into the great mix with other songs.

Unless David Potts was reluctant about the idea... And btw, I liked his voice. They way they shared singing in Monaco is a pleasant difference from Bad Loo.

Isn't Potts playing with the Light? Or am I confused about the lineup?
