Wow, totally. These increases the probability that Stuart Price helped with the new versions, as he did similar sampling with Madonna's songs on the Confessions Tour.

Plus, Bernard is a huge VU fan, and I still maintain that is singing is a bit influenced by Lou Reed's, his intonation and phrasing.

Agreed, Bernard is a total Lou disciple. (Where as Ian was a cross between Bowie/Iggy.)
