I go that time through googling and here its says it's currently 8.36 am in Buenos Aires

Yeah, they're three hours behind us.

So when it's 9pm there, it's midnight here.

Unless I'm missing something? :skeptic:

Yep, you're right. Three hours behind the UK in Buenos Aires so this is a midnight broadcast.

I was on the soundcheck, listen it on the sidewalk...

Like 3 hours of playing, plus other couple of hours yesterday!

I spoke with Phil and Tom, very kind guys.

I could not see Barney and the rest of the band.

Need to hurry! It's one hour earlier than here in my city

Hope they have a good server online!

I always thought WFTSC was weaker live than on record because on the live versions, all of the gorgeous synth parts were programmed and Phil just played a boring guitar riff.

The song should sound much better live with Gillian playing the synth parts. It is a beautiful song.

Thanks for the broadcast info--that's still early on this side of the pond, actually 7 PM Eastern Time in the States.

I'm hoping Barney struts onstage, shouts 'this one is for the Malvinas' and launches into 'Thieves like Us'.

This is off their website via googletranslate

The English back in the news a few days of his return. On this occasion it transpired that an EP edited the material left out of the final selection Waiting for the Sirens integrated 'Call, LP released back in 2005.

As it turned out, the EP will be released in December under the title Lost Sirens. The work will include eight songs, among them will be "Hellbent," which was part of Total, which brought the compiled work of Joy Division and New Order, which was released earlier this year.

On the subject, bassist Hook, which is not part of New Order's visit to Argentina, said he hopes to bring to light these issues will help to give closure to the group. U.S. First half declared:

"It would have been nice, from my point of view, able to dispose of these tracks in the best possible way, draw a line and put a closure to the final separation of the band. He was not clean in any way, to be honest. So I'm willing to edit this last remaining material is going to do a little cleaner. "

Recall that New Order returns to Buenos Aires after that presentation in 2006 that acted as a prelude to separation. Now, five years later, the British (no Hook) will be performing on 1st December in the works with Metro Stadium and official radio station 95.1.

So it could be being recorded for a later broadcast?

I was listenig to a stream yesterday (to check I could listen at work) and I heard a promo for no; whether it was for the gig itself or broadcast I don't know. The online schedule didn't promote it though.

They've practised 30 songs though, so that's alright then.

I looked at Johnny Giles' twitter for the first time today. He was commenting on ex-Leeds Utd footballers six hours ago, and NO mention of the gig!
