Hi,

Ive been trying to upload a 50 x 50 pixel animated gif as an avatar but get the following message:

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a000d'

Type mismatch: '[string: "d:\web\neworderonlin"]'

/avatar.asp, line 94

The size of the picture is about 50k

Is that too big?

Any ideas appreciated

cheers

Kev,

If you used something like 'Ulead Gif animator' then use the 'optimise' option. At that pixel size, no loss of quality and you can halve the size of the file.

Otherwise, redo the images you used and save them at low quality and re-animate.

Hope that helps.

Oh yeah, CD in the post mate.
