The City of Salford have voted Yes in a referendum to have an elected Lord Mayor. BetFred are offering odds on Hooky at 40/1 to be the first elected Lord Mayor of Salford! Can you imagine what policies he would be likely to introduce?

Hooky wouldnt be able to introduce any policies as he would have no meaningful power at all.

Hooky would just play his bass as loud as he can, then when everyone gets pissed off with him leave and become mayor somewhere else and say it can't be called Salford anymore :evil4:
