New Order South American shows April 2013 Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at 3:15PM New Order are very happy to be returning to South America to play debut concerts in Lima and Festival Estéreo Picnic in Bogota in April 2013.

5th April Explanada Sur Del Monumental, Lima, Peru 7th April Festival Estéreo Picnic, Bogota, Columbia

New Order in the US Spring 2013 Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at 2:57PM Alongside New Order's festival shows at Coachella we will also be playing 2 headline shows in Las Vegas and Santa Barbara with our special guest Johnny Marr.

11th April The Cosmopolitan, Las Vegas, NV 13th April Coachella, Indio, CA 18th April Santa Barbara Bowl, SB, CA 20th April Coachella, Indio, CA

We intend to play more US dates later in the year.

It's not as plausible because the tour strategy is to play in places where they never played before.

In this interview Barney reveals the secret of success: "I think from that I've discovered the secret of success in the music industry: don't do any promotion. Don't do any gigs [in a particular place], and don't release any records there, and you'll be massive."

It's the official discourse, just words. In music business the true strategy is cash and Brazil, Argentina and Chile are important markets. If some producer make them an offer and there is a gap in their schedule they'll likely to play in those places.
