In which songs did Hooky play with a 6-string bass?

I'm making a collection of videos covering every NO bassline, from Ceremony to I've Got A Feeling, and I'd like to keep them as close to the originals as possible. Many of you know a lot more than me about the recording sessions and live performances, and that's why I ask for you help finding this out. So far I know of:

State of the Nation As It Is When It Was Subculture? (PFD) Weirdo (my guess, it's easier) This Time of Night Paradise Dreams Never End We All Stand I've Got A Feeling? (my guess) Let's Go 1963?

Thanks. I thought he did, since it sounded a bit off in my 4-string bass. I guess I have some things to tune. EDIT: Found some interesting videos from that user (a NOOLer?) as well. Hooky plays it in Shellshock and Chosen Time, respectively.

The Light is probably as good source too. It seems I should add Ecstasy and Your Silent Face to the list.

Ian will no doubt know better than me on this, but I think the list below is pretty comprehensive and accurate:

Joy Division The Eternal Passover A Means To An End Heart And Soul

New Order Homage Dreams Never End In A Lonely Place Procession The Him Denial Chosen Time Cries and Whispers Hurt Blue Monday Your Silent Face We All Stand Subculture Elegia This Time of Night State of the Nation Shellshock Let's Go Paradise All Day Long? Every Little Counts 1963 As It Is When It Was

no doubt I've forgotten some! NOT Guilt is a Useless Emotion though

A Means To An End is on 4 string...

6 string JD songs: Passover, Heart & Soul, Eternal, Decades... [:)]

You're right about Elegia, but I have my doubts about Here To Stay and GIAUE. GIAUE sounds like his usual WFTSC bass, while Here To Stay it's hard to figure, specially without no live performance with Hooky(usually the best source for this). I've listened to the Radio Edit and you could be right, I'll try it out with both and see, even if I obviously don't have the same equipment.

Thank you for this list. Stephen Hague said Hooky brought only his Yamaha and his 6-string Shergold to the studio in Ibiza, so he must've used it in at least one song there. I'm not sure about Republic onwards, though.

Thanks, I wouldn't guess Decades was played in a 6-string. [;)]

Bonus for those interested: this is my lefty Shergold Marathon [:d]

Terrific! [;)]

Do you also have lefty versions of Yamaha BB1200 and Chris Eccleshall 4 strings?

Thanks Jack, presumably Decades is for 6 string tone only? Guess many can be played on either. Did once have a conversation with Hooky where he said that Means To An End had been 6 string for the drone (2 string done?), but as that was one of the songs that had interchangeable song title (was used for what we know as Decades, Incubation and I think Passover too?).
