First post, been a NO fan since 85. Was wondering if anyone else was planning on going to the show in Las Vegas? Wife and I are making a mini-holiday of it. Also, I doubt they've ever played in LV/or Nevada before, anyone if this is a first for NO? I wish I could make it Ooachella, I used to live in the Coachella Valley and I missed them in what? 2005? My last NO concert was at the Hollywood Bowl, 1993 with 808 State. Good times.

I'm going. Staying at Paris across the street from the Cosmopolitan. BTW, NO were on the same plane as me, flying from LA to Vegas yesterday :)

Another Viking ship sunk from underneath me. Lesson:do things yourself. Wife was responsible for the airline tix. Wednesday evening she discovered that the tix were for July not April. Spent over 3 hours on the phone with United and her bank. United was supposed to keep the $$ as credit but they refunded it. However the refund did not show up until the Thursday morning. Worse, the price of flights to Vegas went up $500. So the morning of the gig I had the choice of going solo or staying home. It seemed a bit decadent of me to spend $700 to fly to Vegas alone. We took the money and had a great day at home. I bought Hooky's book and a vintage Campagnola equipt bicycle, Nuov Record. At least I have the bicycle to remind me that I should never allow anyone else to buy plane tickets for me.
