I don't understand the 60MPH comic in the News section. Someone please explain it to my feeble mind.

The guy is saying he can't have been driving 60mph, because he had been driving for less than an hour. He had been driving at 15 miles per 15 minutes (which of course is the same thing as 60 mph). I didn't say it was funny.
