well I ordered mine, and i've just been told that the release date has been pushed back to nov 18th. Between a small british shop that replies and a big company that doesn't, i'd rather trust my source first :p :D

I'm sick of postponed releases.. makes it a very hard job to keep track.. now, Internation was released in Germany yesterday, it should be in the UK next week, but I have no idea if the Canadian date (yesterday) was still valid, and everything.

Sick, sick, sick of it... :mad:

The canadian date was good... Bought it yesterday at HMV.

Maybe.

Just received notification that my 12" versions have been despatched to me already from CDZone.

Perhaps the CDs are delayed.

not seen the cover to the new mixes of confusion yet. wonder if they will reprint the original artwork which supposedly had "FO jew" hiden in it (rubish of course).

Ive been to HMV, A&B sound, Future Shop & Music world. None had International.

I will try again next Tuesday. But I'm in no rush.

I've had 2 of the 3 12"'s of Confusion delivered to the house this morning but I haven't opened the package yet so not sure which mix is missing.

I ordered mine through CD Zone. They had the mixes listed as A,B,C,D,E & F sides. I have received 2 12"s with C,D,E and F versions. They said the 12" with A & B on it will be posted at a later date.

Unfortunately the records have come without any tracklisting whatsoever so I haven't a clue which mix is which. For a minute I'd thought they'd sent me the same record twice. Just listening to a techno hi-nrg type mix which is pretty good. The first mix I listened to was pretty much in the same vein as the Confusion 1990 versions. There's a couple of duffers as well but all in all not bad so far.

One of the records plays at a different speed on each side of the 12"! Perhaps they're promos?

You can compare with the clips online.. should be easy.

many 12"s are formatted to be played that way these days...

baker's mix sounds cheesy from the small clip posted online here...4/4 with repeated vocals for no apparent reason...guess that's why his version is not represented on Retro...
