guess, that cements it as the next single. no surprise there. probably more mixes coming along too.

This just appeared on New Order's Facebook profile:
Tutti Frutti 12"?
Looks like the proof artwork for the Tutti Frutti 12".
From zooming in I can just about make out the track listing:
Tutti Frutti Extended 12" Mix Tutti Frutti Hot Chip Remix Radio Edit?
Very unsure about the third one so happy to be corrected; the image isn't quite good enough quality to zoom right in on and keep the detail.
Looks like it could be just the Hot Chip Remix but with a longer name.

Yes. It says "Hot Chip remix Vinyl Edit"
So just the two tracks. And a trip to Specsavers for NotAMod!
Good spot though.
The Hot Chip mix is excellent news. However the release date seems highly suspect. A single release is usually On a Friday now and it's not even on iTunes.
It's available on Juno Download but it won't let me buy it, even with a proxy. I think it requires a US credit card.

I spent hours trying to buy the single, looking around different stores, trying to use PayPal on Juno. I tried to make a new PayPal account, nothing. I even bought a virtual credit card to use on the site and it's not working. ("Payment unsuccessful: We have been unable to process your order.) With the surcharges for the virtual credit card I'm down almost $10. I think it's the "AVS" (address verification system) that's stopping me. Not only is a US credit card needed but it needs to properly assigned to an address, which some virtual CCs don't do. Ones with AVS support cost a lot more.
I can't even get a refund on the virtual credit card I bought or withdraw the money from it. Pretty pissed about this.

Look at the link I posted, it says available on the 19th and has a Buy button. http://www.junodownload.com/products/new-order-tutti-frutti/2914500-02/ It's been available for 11 hours as of this post.

It's more than a short clip. You can listen to all of it - in increments - by moving the cursor thingy along. I think I prefer the Hot Chip remix to the original (which so far I haven't found as exciting as other people have). The only thing I would change about the remix is the "up-frontness" of Bernards vocal, which doesn't do him any favours IMO.
those hashtag videos are bogus, they're automatically generated. for Electronic there are dozens of them that have no content.
the qobuz link says it will available for streaming soon.
Any predictions on whether or not the 12" will be pressed on fluorescent yellow vinyl? One can hope.

The Hot Chip version includes the extra lyrics that Bernard sang during the Maida Vale performance. Guess they were recorded for the album, then the band decided to tighten the track up a bit.

Thanks for the heads up ( link said not available in Apple Music UK but I searched on iTunes Store and it's there).I bought the 4.17 remix. Doesn't quite have half the fun and charm of the album version
It features heavily the vocals in a bid to make it radio friendly but cuts out the Frankie Goes To Hollywood style bits in the intro and the great Manchester Camerata strings are seemingly entirely edited out!
So Qobuz are based in mainland Europe and thus an hour ahead of the UK. Which would explain why i have already managed to download this thing before midnight.
Absolutely adoring the 11:47 Hot Chip Remix. Leagues ahead of anything in the Restless Remix package, I'd say. It does that magic thing only the very greatest of remixes accomplish. While staying pleasantly close to the charm and energy of the original, the mix still finds a way to reinvent the track, presenting it in a whole new, glorious light. In this way, it's similar to Mr. Shep Pettibone's seminal reworkings of Bizarre Love Triangle and Truth Faith. Though - as the track has just been revealed - this may be a gushing statement.
Regardless, the Hot Chip Remix is damn rad. Rad, I say!

I am so excited by the Louis Van Gaal 442 remix at 90mins. Superb.
The EP(!) has turned up on Apple Music this morning. Should keep me entertained at work today :)
I have no idea how iTunes determined this was an EP as the total running time would have to be over 25 minutes.
Have New Order ever had an EP?

The 1981-1982 EP springs to mind. At any rate, Tutti Frutti clearly isn't an EP, it's a single.
iTunes have been (mis)designating Singles as EPs since their inception; it's obviously " their way of doing things" and rarely reflects reality.
Anyway I won't go on an anti-Apple rant but there are a wealth of other digital music stores out there to try ![]()

Qobuz are selling it cheaper, and in lossless FLAC. However, they call it an Album.
