There is an interview last week's New Statesman with the documentary maker Kate Mossman. She relates a story Gillian told her that doesn't seem to have made the final cut. Apparently in the early days of the band they were all at a party in a house and was it going on into the early hours and the police turned up. Turns out it was Hooky who phoned them as he'd decided to have an early night and couldn't get to sleep because of the noise. Rock 'n' Roll!!
