It WAS Summer NOw it's Autumn !

Expectantly. maybe they want everyone to have a chance to receive at the same time
My box set arrived today. Download link included for all the remixes as well.

You need to enter your email and download code that comes in the box, and apparently it only works once. You do get MP3 and FLAC.
Music Complete Box Set
The 9:07 version of Plastic is pure magic. Not remixes, but true classic Extended Versions!
Loaded Up!
Excellent. Looks like some good versions to look forward to, most are a minute or two longer.
Will be adding them to list.
Later -1

Wow looks good, can't wait to hear it
Has anyone in the UK actually received their box set yet? Not a dicky bird here in London, no e-mail of dispatch, nothing... and I'm pretty sure I was one of the first to pre-order (from the low order number). More and more of our American and European chums seem to be receiving theirs and have downloaded the digital content (fair play, enjoy! etc) but it's a bit shit the band's native land has been left pissing in the wind slightly.
Surely Mute could have e-mailed box set purchasers their unique download code in advance so they could enjoy the digital copy straight away?
Obviously not.
Also in UK... also ordered as soon as it was announced in June... also not heard a thing...

So that's working out well then🙄

Yeah i've noticed one or two people mention their order number.I never noticed before that i can see how early my order was in the line.Probably a dumb question but which digits indicate the order number? There's a 3 digit number at the start followed by 8 zeros then another 3 digit number at the end.Is it the number at the start or the number at the end? Just curious to know what my order number is.I ordered on the day it was announced - 22nd June.
I haven't heard a dicky about mine being shipped yet and i don't expect i will till the end of the week.I'll probably be out when the postman or courier tries to deliver it on Friday (that's assuming it will be Friday) so won't get it til Saturday when i go to the post office or courier depot to pick it up.

Good point.
I placed my order on 24/06 and there's still no sign of it being shipped. Slightly annoying when you've been waiting over 4 months for a copy..
Also no sign of dispatch yet... Bizarre....
Remember, however, that the US version is probably made in the US and (possibly) has a different cat number? So, a separate manufacturing process...
Maybe the European versions were late in arriving from the manufacturers?

That still doesn't excuse them for not following Ally's suggestion of download codes emailed to everyone simultaneously.
apparently my box set also arrived today. I was not at home and they came back with the boxset. also charged an import duty around $ 110 :(
My box set came today. I had to pay 17.00 duty on it. So I think with the box set, shipping, duty and currency conversion, I payed over 150.00 for this. Sorry Hooky but the song nothing but a fool was written about me not you.
I don't think I got the autograph edition. I haven't open the records to look inside, but nothing on the outside.
No problems downloading the songs. I have not listen to all of them yet, but so far Hatred is my favourite. A nice longer Hollae intro and the song ends with Hollae again. If they ever open a concert with this song, then the extended version is the version that must be played. A nice longer intro works great for this song. Plus Steve added more drumming and there is a instrumental chorus, that lets us hear Gillian's keyboard. Kinda reminds me of the him.
If you thought Academic was to much guitar, well they added a little dance beat to the song. And the bass stands out more. Tutti Frutti sounds just the same, just longer. Superheated just has a instumental into. I was hopping Stray Dog was mostly instrumental, but it's not.

Pointless then really?

Instrumental intro? Yeah i had a feeling that's what they'd do with that one.Like a long Thieves Like Us esque intro? Looking forward to hearing it.

Very true... 👍
😎
Still nothing where I'm at - no email, no box set. This is quite annoying and pretty bad on the part of the online store. I hope I get something by Friday (email / box set).

You're crying because you're not the first one to receive the boxset! It was probably a sad day for you when you have read the tour begin in Paris. J'hallucine...
Some lucky swine received a signed copy.

Only 199 to be accounted for now.....

Eh? Not at all. I'm going to 3 out of the 4 EU tour dates and very much looking forward to them as it gets me off this dreary island for a bit
the only thing I'm "crying" about is not having enough annual leave to do the Paris gig because I'm very fond of that city. Plus seeing the kick off night of a tour is always special. C'est la vie.
My suggestion was if Mute was going to dispatch to different countries a week or two apart then they should maybe include the download code in the e-mail receipt so all fans who spent the cash can get to enjoy the content in advance of receiving their physical product. The box set itself is a curio, I'm sure it's lovely and all that but I'm mainly paying for the digital content which will realistically be getting far more plays than the actual vinyl.
Anyway, I've managed to source a copy of the Extended Mixes from an extremely kind soul and so they'll be on heavy rotation today. What I heard of them on the way into work this morning was very promising indeed; Academic has the sequenced bassline pushed up in the mix and sounds incredible. Very pleased to finally have these. I was dubious when I first heard they'd be doing this but what a great idea... some of these tracks really benefit from being stretched out.
Speak of the devil, my box set dispatch e-mail has just come through from the NO store... a 3 day lead time apparently but if I go to the Hermes site to track the parcel it says it doesn't exist ![]()
