just found this channel, which has a lot of decent new order cover songs. most have the notes shown.

while some are just basic and plain covers, the more recent ones sound much better.

Yes, I've come across this guy's FL covers before. As a FL Studio user, myself, I find it especially impressive. Although, I think the goal is recreating the original as close as possible with FL and soft synths. The vocal ones also make good karaokes...

Here's a Brazilian-produced collection of NO covers, compiled and released last year:

Nothing notable, but a noble project, given that there's been so such official compilation attempted.

Honestly, Sophie Ellis-Bextor's version of "True Faith" ain't bad:

As opposed to George Michael's total crap take:

Excellent work, Mark. It must take a lot of effort to complete these projects...

no problem mark,

i have just finished going through pretty much every one. and you've done a brilliant job on them.

i'm not a fan of the slowed down ones (sorry, they don't sound natural), but other than the odd vocal (age of consent?) i feel they are all worth of listening to.

also, the other new wave ones too....

onto my favorite song, the perfect kiss....

one more, couldn't include it previously:

Thanks Deceiver. It sure does take a lot of effort for me as I'm no musician and I'm just doing most of these by ear. It helps that all these New Order songs are ingrained in my brain through listening to them non stop over the years [:d]

Decent extended version of 'Bizarre Love Triangle' (faithful to the original 'Brotherhood' version) here
