Shug, I have an NTSC VCR, that's no good for you :D

But I have the tapes I used to do it, unfortunatly I think the Toronto show comes from WaterRat, who did encode it himself, and the others are PAL>NTSC conversions done by Colin Law from a tape Dennis Remmer in Autralia sent me (which is what you can see online here)

Better try HMV.. or CDPlus.com and order it from them, they might not have it online, but it's worth emailing them.
