Issue with preorders?

I preordered ∑(No,12k,Lg,17Mif) through the link on the band's site. It showed a shipping date of the 11th, but currently still shows as being processed. I opened a ticket with customer service and they promised to get back to me within 2 days, which they haven't done.

Email receipt says Mute Bank, fulfillment through Music Glue (which I've never heard of).

Is anyone else experiencing a delayed shipment?

Commiserations - I'm having almost exactly the same problems with my pre-order here in the UK, if that's any consolation. Will be chasing it up (again) tomorrow.

Yup, my Amazon order still hasn’t shipped.

I've had issues in the past so I ordered it through Amazon, knowing I wouldn't have it on the day of release.

There was a point where I received notice that it would arrive between July 16th and 30th. That was alarming. Then it arrived the 16th!

edit: This was for the CD set, by the way.

I received the following reply:

"Thank you for your patience - I am sorry to hear this still hasn't arrived.I checked your account and I can see the details of the Seller and their chosen warehouse. The warehouse is still waiting to receive the stock and doesn't have an update on it yet. I understand this must be frustrating, so if you would like a refund, please reply to this email and I will process it straight away. We have no ETA as it stands, but if you would like to continue waiting, you are welcome to do so. You will receive a dispatch email as soon as it is on its way. Please get in touch if you have any questions in the meantime, or would like a refund. Warm regards,Music Glue Support"

I ordered both the vinyl and the CD. Didn't someone here say their CD was delayed? I wonder if the U.S. is importing these instead of manufacturing them here?

Someone on the closed Facebook group that's simply called New Order said they have been given a date of 27th of September by Amazon. Not sure what country they are in or what format they ordered. Perhaps a record shop might be easier?

My Record Store CD arrived on day of release. The second copy I ordered for a mate through Amazon is yet to ship - though they have let me download the Autorip.

If anyone is looking for alternative shops to get this from, I ordered from SuperDeluxeEdition. Had never used them before, but got mine the day before release, so no complaints from me.

Prices in pound sterling. Amazon U.S. is showing expected delivery dates of 1-2 months.

Rhino doesn't show this as a new release, so I strongly suspect U.S retailers are selling imports, and the inbound stock is delayed. :(

😄 I'd actually forgotten about my CD copy from Amazon as Id downloaded the mp3s first thing Friday morning. I might see if I can cancel it....

I forgot to mention that Amazon also reduced the price they charged me to $16.38 before it shipped though it's still listed as $19.99 on the site.

Mine was supposedly shipped by Rough Trade on the 10th - two days before release which is interesting. No sign of in Oz as yet :(

I received a second email from Music Glue saying the vinyl release date is pushed to August 2.
