I like the song.
Hook's contribution is pretty minimal. It's a step in the right direction that he's involved in something both new and good.

I've always been fairly wishy washy about Gorillaz; I can take em or leave em. I bought the Dare CD single and I liked one or two other singles by them/him, but that's about it. This is...fine but it won't change my world.
In terms of doing new-and-good stuff, personally I think the Limiñanas tunes are the best thing he's been involved with since leaving NO.
Heard it on the radio earlier. Unmistakably Hooky and quite liked his parts in the track but overall the song didn't do much for me.Have liked some of Gorillaz stuff in the past .Clint Eastwood or whatever it was called was very groovy.Feed Good Inc was great and Melancholy Hill too.
I love it. A great song% the whole song sounds like NewOrder to me with a wonderful sad sounding bass from Hooky. As good as the track he did with the Liminanas

Yes that would be great to have a 12", The song sounds good to me, I hope next year Damon works with a song with Bernard's Vocals, Lets see
I fell off with Gorillaz after Plastic Beach, and I've only liked a couple of their/his new songs from their return. But this reminds me of "Melancholy Hill" and Hooky's contribution makes it sound closer to "Run" so it's a solid jam for me.
Honestly, I'd like to think this probably really good for Hooky. Gorillaz has a huge following so this'll open up Zoomers to New Order and Joy Division.
Been subjected to this on 6Music every day recently and it has grown on me a bit to be fair.
Quite liked this live (ish) version.
