A post on NO's instagram of just the color blue and this date. Any idea what they mean?

Low life box set?

They didn’t announce either of the other box sets this far in advance, and I’m guessing the box will be grey since Low-life was all black and white photos (blue for Brotherhood, white for Substance, purple for Technique). I’m betting it’s the rescheduled London gig, or some type of live event.

Parklife has just announced they've moved to Sept 11th and 12th (at Heaton Park, Manchester), so it's pretty obvious now.

Just had the email.

Confirmed. 10/09/21 Heaton Park.

Supported by Hot Chip and Working Men's Club (who I've just become aware of the last few days and have quite enjoyed their stuff).

Pre-sale tickets available from tomorrow (Tuesday 08/12/20).

Heaton Park eh. Last time I went there was for Cities In The Park in summer 1991. Happy Mondays were ace.

The last time I was in HP was for the Roses and it was fucking shite.

Neworder are the only band that could tempt me back...

Please don’t tell me that they are going to record this live and release the Live CD and digital version, enough of live stuff to release

Actually, would prefer a DVD, for some reason, they don't seem to be putting those out. I mean a CD is fine.

Anybody know the capacity of this gig?

Looking online capacity seems to be 50,000!

Got tickets for this excellent lineup. I’ve had the good fortune to see working men’s club live b4 and they are excellent and will definitely appeal to us New Order fans. Hot chip good live too, patchy albums IMO but they have some great tracks.

Can’t wait tbh just to go out again, have a good dance and sing along, and what better to do all that than attend a gig by my favourite band New Order. In times like this I need New Order more than ever. Bring it on.
