Okay, it would be too long and lengthy to do this as a poll, I think...

Personally, I'm stuck on two tracks:

  1. Thieves Like Us Instrumental
  2. Best & Marsh (B-side of "Round & Round" single)

  1. Don't Do It
  2. Best & Marsh (long version)
  3. Murder

How would a poll be too long and lengthy? Now we all actually have to REPLY to pass comment!

If we're kinda cheating by having instrumentals of tracks with vocals, then I guess it's got to be the Sunrise instrumental. Let's Go was a decent little number too.

However, Don't Do It is probably my favourite. We used to have a jukebox of 7" singles in the bar at my old Uni and me and my mates would stick this one on endlessly, play after play after play.

Now I'm presuming there'll be a landslide of votes for the 17min Elegia after the constant whinging about it...??

Hey, I forgot about "Don't Do It"...that IS a great instrumental track.

Let's Go. One of the most exciting little interludes they ever did, and brilliant live !

I like it, but I don't think it qualifies as an instrumental.

here's a list...

Avalanche Elegia Salvation Theme Murder Let's Go Best and Marsh MTO Don't Do It Vanishing Point (Making Out) Sunrise (inst) Thieves Confusion The Beach Shell Cock Sputnik Skullcrusher Here To Stay (ext. inst)

i'm sure some are missing...I would love for neworder to put at least one instrumental on the next album. I love nearly all in the above list and beleive it would save us the excrutiating pain of hearing Bernards idea of a good rhyme.

"Don't Do It" has always been one of my faves. "The Beach" is great too. But "Lean to the Inside" is my favorite, albeit Electronic instrumental (if that counts). :music:
