Perhaps it's because I associate the song with a much more care-free period of my life, Liv. Can you forgive me for that?

And before you ask, no , i havent got the painters in, just feel like ranting...
I quite like big Chaka Khan. I would willingly entertain her for the evening with a view to receiving oral pleasures. During my imminent climax I would point my staff at her eye and release the goodies forthwith.
I'm talking Chaka Khan circa 1983 here, before you all think I'm a strange manimal.
you moving to a new darkened cupboard or is the hire car temporary accomodation until you have the old one redecorated then?
I'm confused, is it a plant or a smokescreen now? or is a smokescreen an exotic sort of plant hitherto unbeknownst (I've come over all shakespeare then, imagine that etc) to us earth dwelling types?
Dave, you should read the other threads he's been on, the guy's fucked up, but so funny it beggars belief.![]()

Eliminate the kiddies.....
Thank you and good day my fellow Americans
Limp Biscuit are such an easy target, but I might as well put in my two cents worth: They're appallingly bad as performers, Fred Durst couldn't sing hsi way out of that toilet in Trainspotting, and they come from Florida, the land that gave us "Duh-bya" for Pres. Nuff said, thank you and goodnight, god bless...

Entschuldigen Sie Herr Muffy: No hay nada peor que el son cubano, con la posible excepcion de el flamenco, la salsa, el pasodoble y otros ritmos "etnicos".

Let's not swim in these waters Humberto, in case we have to swim there for a long time. There are many sharks in Cuban waters as I am sure you know and I am not a particularly stong swimmer.![]()
Let's not forget the myriad of small jellyfish that occupy the northern coast of England. They can cause untold damage to a human leg if they haven't eaten for a few days.
I was once struck by a jelly rat and it did stung us for ages.
Thats probably why you foam at the mouth on occassions then Huntsy, Chaka Khan notwithstanding. :p

My dog, Sam, once caught a big Jellyfish off the coast of LLaddudno in Wales. It was already dead but I did have a lot of fun bouncing stones of it. It was like chucking stones off a block of rubber. Excellent stuff.

Has anyone else noticed how often the I always try I always misssigniture can be viewed as an amusing post script.
Article in Mojo about New Order mentions Gerry Aand the Holograms being and influence on Blue Monday. Hooky denies having heard it.
Hmmmm think someone might have, only mention I could see on here about it.
Burt Bacharach will be proud not to find Depeche Mode, Simple Minds or a-ha mentioned on this thread.
I heard it quoted by the broadcaster David Heane that Morrisey once said: "There must be a worse band than Modern Romance, but I can't think of one". Then Black Lace came along. And who could ever forget Jive Bunny and the Mastermixers.
Personally, I don't like the way Liam Gallagher's baby-screaming-like voice can connect with the lager-louts of this world. One good reason why NEVER to smoke...
Black Eyed Peas Coldplay That RnB singer that uses the stupid microphone effect on every song Take That
