There's a nice interview with Hooky in the new issue of the german "VISIONS"-magazine. He says that his alltime-favourite New Order-Song is "Leave Me Alone", 'cos he likes Barney's romantic lyrics. He's also been producing a band called "Jobe" in Liverpool which sound, according to Hooky, a bit like The Stone Roses. We also learn that his nickname is "Mr. Peak Too Early" because he's always the first one who's finished with partying on tour. His last statement is "we're in the studio right now starting to work on a new album and we're all very excited and optimistic about it. It won't take too long this time, i've a good feeling!". :hooky:

... that's right Patty, now you stick your neck out. Exactly when have you mentioned you liked this song in the past!? ... not to my recollection. It's always 'Regret' this and 'Regret' that blah! blah! ...

Well, gee, Huntsy, I thought I had maybe hinted once or twice that I thought it was a little tiny bit better than We All Stand!

By the way, I was listening to International last night, and it really sounded pretty good! Even BM!

I haven't picked it up myself, but I'm pleased to hear it's a worthwhile product in the quality stakes. With so many released I'm not sure what to buy ... I'll certainly be trying for Retro with its additional special diskette with some golden nuggets on. The International CD seems a decent compilation, did you order it with a thousand other items or did you restrict yourself to only a thousand dollars worth on that particular order?

By the way, I wasn't kidding about them walking trees ... if you remember the book?

I ordered International, and then a bit later I ordered the Confusion remixes, and then a bit later I ordered Retro, and then a bit later I ordered Finsbury (Canadian version). And the only thing I've received is International.

It's been a few decades since I read the books, Huntsy, I fear. But I understand the animated trees are in there (in the movie, I mean).
