I live in New Jersey and preordered last week from hmv.co.uk. I emailed them asking if I would get it. This is their reply:
Dear HMV Customer I would like to thank you for your recent New Order 'Retro' Boxset pre-order and take the opportunity to clarify any queries you may have regarding your order.
I can confirm that, whilst stocks are limited and not exclusive to HMV, your order will include the much talked about bonus fifth disc and the current scheduled release date is December 12th.
