Hi everyone,
I am part of a duo that does synthpop covers, including a few neworder songs, BLT, True Faith, Blue monday, etc...
I was just wondering if there would actually be a audience for our type of music in the Chicago area???? We have just hooked up with a booking agency.
Also, most of the clubs in our area are heavy metal type places. What would be your recommendation for good places to play in Chicago or the Chicago suburbs??? I would hate to get booked in a metal bar and end turning into a scene out of the blues brothers where they had to play rawhide.
