Retro - a missed opportunity?

Does anyone else wish the band would have made Retro a complete history of the band? The Western Works demos, both versions of Ceremony and In a Lonely Place, 7" Temptation, etc, etc? When I first heard a box set mooted ages ago, I thought of something like Heart and Soul. Some of the live stuff, like Glastonbury '81, yes, but I feel this is a missed opportunity. I hope one day they'll release an 'oddities' disc for the completists.

I think it's not really a missed opportunity because it doesn't pretend to be a collection of rarities. As a result, it doesn't close the door to any future release of rare and demo material. Yet I don't expect anything like this in the next ten years...
