I'm gonna say October-December 2003, if only because thye'll probably dealy it from another date 
Only because they have admittedly already gotten back into the studio and they seem to have alot of renewed vigor working together, I am shooting for Oct-Dec '03. And it would be cool cuz that would be close to two yrs exactly after Get Ready. *fingers crossed*

Get Ready was released in 2001 International was released in 2002 Retro was released in 2002
They are 1 year in advance in term of releasing compilations, does this mean this album will be release before 6 years of waiting?
Since side projects are dead, there is a good chance they have nothing else to do, so it might speed up things a little.
But we know, it will be postponed over and over and have lots of fake song names..
Was Get Ready actually postponed? Except the delay to release it in the US..
I seriously expect it to be out next summer/autumn
maybe the Retro "feelgood factor" hasnt died off yet! ;)
I look at it this way....Get Ready was supposed to be out sometime during the summer of 2001, at least here in the states it didn't make its way to the shelves until October. By that logic, I would put at least a two-month disclaimer on any proposed "release date", and I'd expect them to be working on the album at least until March/April (unless they're pretty quick about it). I say, if they've got it worked out (songs complete and all) I could be proven wrong, but if they're going in there with nothing yet, it'll be a while.
calculating a month per song (that´s what they said it took them to record get ready) and guessing the album will have between 10 and 12 songs, and usually 2 or 3 singles off that album (what means 2 or 3 b sides) I believe it´ll take between a year and a year and a half to finish it. and because they are at morris´ farm since a couple of months now I´d say the album will see the light between end of 2003, and beginning of 2004. more o less. agree? ;)
Get Ready had 2 singles... Someone Like You was not really a single, more a "limited release".
Funny thing is, it's the exact same amount than Low-Life and 1 more than Brotherhood..!
On Republic, they released 4, but in fact, RIAD was never released in North America, and Spooky was released by London even if the band didn't want to.. so 4 singles was a treat.
Technique had 3, but the 3rd one was pulled..
So 2 singles is pretty much New Order.
And remember... Get Ready was recorded in 2 sessions.. the first session where they recorded Brutal, Crystal and 60 Miles An Hour, and the other session with the rest.. they did record 16 known songs for this album, maybe there is a few left we'll never know about..

april /June 2004.. yes they are in the studio now but they are probably still writing at bernards a month a song attitude 10 songs from now is about dec 2003, five or six months of getting the artwork and the new order delays so i say second week of may 2004

A month per song ? My god, it's a good thing they are doing it at the farm and not in some studio in London or they'd be bankrupt before it was finished.

I'm in for the Spring/Summer of '03...Barney is getting quicker at writing, look at the following intervals:
Raise the Pressure 1996 to Twisted Tenderness 1999 = 3 years
Twisted Tenderness 1999 to Get Ready 2001 = 2 years
Get Ready 2001 to 2003 is two years so that seems about right to me
They may have even been writing before and are now going in to record...who knows..

Interstingly, this poll is becoming a gaussian graph.
I doubt very much whether we'll see another studio album. I'm predicting a few more live shows next Xmas (similar to the Temptation '98 shows) then good night forever.

Just get that feeling. Sales of Get Ready were below average, nobody beyond us hardcore of fans is interested, lets be honest. Are they gonna go to the bother of making another one? Is the record company gonna bankroll it?
Plus the fact that there all approaching 50!
I have know idea when newOrder will realease thir next album, don't hold your breath, thats all I can say.
They've stated in pretty much every interview they done of late and announced it at recent gig that they are working on a new album, even appeared on TV in the recording studio, so unless its some elaborate hoax and they are blatently lying to us you can be assured they are doing a new album.

After all, what else would they do with themselves?
Early 2004 for album release, with the same few summer dates as this year for next summer, and a US tour at the start of 2004.

unless something goes seriously wrong, i'd say summer next year. not too soon after retro (london probly wouldn't let them), and despite the 1 song a month schedule, i'd hazard a guess that they already have some backing tracks done, maybe even the skeletons of 1 or 2 actual songs, a few lyrics, that kinda thing.
even if there is no LP release by then i'd say bets would be very good for a one-off non-album single sometime next year (to help justify the next round of compilations if nothing else!!!)
the main thing is that they seem to be working as a proper band again, rather than barney and his backing musicians, which may significantly speed things up.
plus (of course) 18th june 2003 would make a very nice 32nd birthday present for me :)
