For the next NO repackage, I want to see the following:
A double CD - CD 1 is all original 12's, CD 2 is B-sides.
Tell me this wouldn't make for a GREAT double CD, kind of like a 2002 version of Substance, but with more Substance. Please tell me London records will read this.
That would be a great idea. Personally, I'd like to see new order do what Marillion has done, and re-release all of the albums as 2 discs, with the second disc containing outtakes, alternate takes and live material from that record. the packaging would have all original album art restored and the booklets have a song by song commentary by the band members. The marillion series was excellent, and I'm certain it would work well for new order.
they should do that but it will never happen, i did find on kazan "dont do it" i'd never heard it before it is a pretty good track, anyone else heard this? what do ya think of it?
"Dont do it' was the B-side to 'Fine Time'.... Yes, Frank...a great track...I've always add that instrumental into my NO compilation whenever I do one for friends.....wished they remastered it for RETRO...duh!!

Pet Shop Boys just did the same thing - that would indeed be cool. If the PSB's and Marillion could do this, NO should able to. Marillion was never bigger than NO. Of course, they haven't been repacking Marillion a bazillion times over the past 10 years either.
