i downloaded this off of kazaa i think a version of weirdo where bernard is screaming the lyrics on top of his lungs, does anybody know what show this was and if he did this on any other tracks? its as funny as hell!

Is this a file encoded at 160 kbps and lenght of 4:22? Can you hear the ambient sound of an antique song before New Order playing?

One of the Australian 1987 dates (Byron Bay 9/2/87)- he was just doing this for the encore (and to be fair only the second half of the song really). I suspect he had been fighting a losing battle with the vocal levels during the gig - he has done this quite a lot before (shouting through songs when not happy with the mix).

Yep, this is the Byron Bay Arts Centre in Australia, 09 February 1987. This track can be also downloaded from http://new-order.net/no/audio. There are loads of interesting stuff there (live tracks and interviews).

Just been listening to this again and it just gets crazier each time i hear it!! :lol:

But anyways, im convinced that the line "just like the ocean of the sea" is or at least should have been "just like the ocean of DECEIT"
