I mailed our contact at Rhino explaining your case, but he's out of the office up to January 28th, so we'll either see then, or you should try to contact them directly, maybe they will send you a bonus cd, who knows.
I can tell you that our copies of the boxsets (for the competition) had a bonus CD sealed apart of the boxset, so if they are all like that, it might be possible.
