Just got my copy of Retro from HMV in Melbourne City store. I ordered it 6 weeks ago, for an import copy. the lady at the store said it was a local release, yet according to this site, the local release is still two weeks away. And yes, it does have the bonus disc. $99.00 AUD

It's a beautiful thing. I've already listened to all five discs. Get all your friends to buy one, and it will make the top 20 charts - now wouldn't that be funny....

Hells bells! What a bugger having to wait that long to get it at that price. Next time import it yourself from hmv.co.uk. I ordered my from there 2 weeks before xmas and it arrived about 10 days later. Only cost about 26 pounds (less than $80 NZ funny monies) and shipping is only 3.50 - they refund you the VAT so shipping is essentially free. Included the bonus disc.

I have found I can bring stuff in from there cheaper than I can buy it here on import cause they whack a huge markup on anything that ain't destined for the chart.

I got mine from Real Groovy (Auckland) the day before Christmas for NZ$120, including bonus disc. Now they're selling it for $75 or $80, but I think these ones are without the 5th CD. Bloody well hope so!

...and listened to each CD once, then put the box away in the back of the cabinet.

I quizzed Real Groovy about getting it in ealry December but they couldn't tell me when or if it would have the bonus CD - even after they called the record company. That's why I brought it in from the UK.

Not bragging or anything, but... I was lucky enough to have a personal importer (take a bow, Johnny Giles!) bring both Retro(+ bonus disc) and the Finsbury DVD over for me in time for Christmas. Much respect to that man. I don't think the Aus issue of Retro is manufactured here in Aus, as the guys at Warner said the delay with it's release here was due to shipping delays from the UK. I'll be interested to see what cover the DVD has here when it's released in March though, mine's the UK cloudy one. CTB :bear:

You can try, but there is no US bonus disk, on any issue.

My US bonus disc was shipped separately and sealed...I think Wolfie's right that there is no US bonus disc shipped within the Retro packaging...
