I am also a fan of Hybrid. Rumor has it Hooky will be doing some baselines on one of Hybrid's tunes on there new album..

Hooky to work on new HYBRID trak

The new HYBRID album is almost finished - it's 99% there. The last thing to do will be a collaboration with New Order's Peter Hook. He's doing the bass lines for a couple of the tracks for the album. Basically Peter is in the studios with Hybrid at the moment putting the bass lines onto two of their tracks.
Up till now it's been hush-hush...so no, there's no articles about it.
With Hooky involved in these up and coming bands, is he even bothering to help record the new NO album? Let's hope it doesn't turn out to be Republic II
Well, I doubt this changes things.. it's better that they take their time and do it their way.
As far as I know, they produced a bunch load of groups in the 80's.. and their album didn't suffer much!

Hybrid are a progressive house unit. I doubt this is more than a couple days work for Hooky. They're pretty good to so this could be excellent.
