True Faith Promo Pro-CD 2899

Have two copies of this promo neither of which came with a CD insert when issued. Wonder if there ever was one or if so a website to generate a copy from. Track Listing:

I've seen a few over the years and I've never seen an insert for any of them either. That was fairly common practice at the time it was released though.
