Limited edition 24hr party people

I`ve recieved an email from HMV.co.uk regarding the limited edition copy of 24hr PP, they have said unfortunately due to supply, my pre-order cannot be completed...........I feel a very expensive eBay purchase coming on..:( ... Has anybody recieved a +ve email regarding this item?

The limited edition is just a different sleeve for the DVD. It's a nice touch & I'm glad to have it, but don't go throwing your ££$$ away. :)

i was told the sleeve was available on pre order only so placed an order

went to the shop on the day of release & the pre order wasnt ready but they had them on general sale

(what's a +ve email??) i just got the email, too.. oh, i've waited for so long!! i don't like other sleeves and that is why i had placed the order! it's an hmv exclusive item so there's no other place to get it, right? :(

Seems bad that you pre-ordered & still got stiffed. I just wandered into HMV on Market St (Mcr) and helped meself to a copy.

(cont'd - damn network problems!) so i got one on the monday, told them had pre-ordered but my pre-order wasn't ready. (picked up sleeve no 0364 (couldnt find 0365) figured i could have 1 day off....)

then had a call on thursday telling me my pre order was ready!
