I own this book (not a magazine) as well. This is the famous "Joy Division" book with lyrics and a brief biography published by Stampa Alternativa (Italy) in 1988. 14000 books include a 7" and 16000 books include a mini-CD like this one you have.

Thanks for the info Ricardo, I found one as well, just never knew how many of them were available.
Thanks, I couldn't remember for the life of me where it originated. Never did read the book but recognize the cover. Now I will have to look at it. I am starting to get spam E-mail now and am sure it is from this fansite so I am dropping out. Last Transmission.
It was on E-bay last week....and went very cheaply too ( I think it's US$5.00 ) to some lucky buyer coz I missed the deadline....I was at work but can't leave a meeting just to bid on that thing...:D

Hey, I have another version of that book. It's called "Dal Cuore Della Città/From The Centre Of The City", written by Alfredo Suatoni (Stampa Alternative), a two-sided book, which can be opened by the italian side as much as by the english side. It has a relatively short biography, a very extensive discography with bootlegs, an descriptive gig-guide and 25 pages of cool black and white pictures related to JD, and the hurdy-gurdy man you know well. The free 3" CD (Sconc. 016) contains these tracks: 1- Inside The Line, 2- Gutz, 3- At A Later Date, 4- The Kill, 5- You're No Good For Me. That CD is called "Warsaw Demos", recorded July 18, 1977, words and music by Warsaw, but queery credited to Joy Division.
I'm sorry, I cannot scan its cover, but it's hardly different from this one above.

It's a different book from Stampa Alternativa, with another freebee CD. I like this one, very informative indeed.
