Which song could have a great remix?

Which New Order song, that has NOT been remixed at all my official sources, could, according to you, enjoy a great remix to make it more interesting?

Example that comes in mind is 1963, Arthur Baker did a good job, but not everyone agree...

Think of this as a song that could sound better and have more potential if remixed or with more bass or something like that...

For Electronic, my potential would be Twisted Tenderness, add Hooky's bass on this, and you get a serious New Order song.. but since this is not about Electronic..

Just heard Razormaid's mix of Vanishing Point, I must say I quite like it, mixed the normal version and the Making Out Mix.. sounds GREAT...

1963 and Vanishing Point are at the top of my list.

Procession, Doubts Even Here, Special. If they were made for the dancefloor, that would be cool. After hearing the cover of DEH by Harry, I now see it's dance potential.

vanishing point was MADE to be a single. in Argentina it climbed to # 1 on a couple of "hip" radios and became one of the hits of the summer in 1991. neither round&r or fine time could do that here (run never was played on radio here). but somehow our friends of NO didn´t think it had the potential. so we only have the instrumental mix, which is good but not great IMHO. even the tributes seem to forget this gem all the time. don´t know why. so I vote for VP.

...by Arthur Baker. would be interesting to hear!

"Shellshock". I STILL believe there's a song struggling to get heard underneath "that" production...

Mr. Disco would have been a massive club hit if had some decent mixes at the time.

Remark, a fellow Pethead, did a stunning remix of Here to Stay. It rocks.

A Hardfloor mix of Special would be interesting...

Blue Monday seems to have been rather neglected in the remix department. I think they should try doing a remix of that for once.

Me too...

I believe in Shellshock, including setlistas of the new tour.

I would like to hear Massive Attack preferably or Orbital remix "Special". MA could make it darker and doing some funky strings stuff on top of what NO already sampled off "Unfinished Sympathy".

I'd like to hear Massive Attack remix just about any or all of NO stuff. And maybe vise versa...

I'm running Kazaa Lite, is there a way I can directly search for you/connect to you?

Chosen Time... the studio version is nothing compared to the incredible/incredibly fast live versions played in 1981-1982. Grrrreeat Hooky bass + electronic bass (at least, that's what I always thought it was) running along with it.

I'm with you on that one, the live version on Taras Schevchenko was awesome as well.

Yeah, along with Confusion. And True Faith could use some more of those remixes that sound exactly like the Shep Pettibone remix, only different track lengths. There are only like, what, 30? *sarcasm rules*
