And that BBC 2001 version!

The one you like.
It was a tough choice between the two songs. I can listen to both songs over and over again in a row and not get sick of them. Both songs are very beautiful. The dreamy synths of YsF is what makes me like this song over LMA. I also like the velocity girl cover of the song. I think that the only NO cover that I really liked. I wish I had an mp3 of it.
I'm still not happy about AOC, but, as it's gone and there's no point arguing, I have gone fer KW1, there's nothing wrong with Throw Me A Bone, but YSF is a majestic piece of music with fantastic lyrics!
It was a pleasure to see this song reborn and reintroduced in 2001
A better set finisher than Blue Monday an all. Everyone remember Finsburgh?:D
Leave Me Alone, if only cos Your Silent Face as been a bit In Your Face since they reformed. Could do with a break from it.

If not seeing NO live in England for the first time in my life wasn't already the single greatest moment in my life so far, Seeing YSF live to finish of the set at finsbury was definately icing on the cake for me!
God, I feel so important ;) ... I just scored 12-11 for Leave Me Alone. It sends a chill up my spine, through my teeth, through my nose, onto my shirt! (or should I just get a handkerchief?)
"Your Silent Face, amazing to fall asleep to."
Yea Thats what it does to me!!!
I always thought it was the worst song on the get ready tour.
I think you can guess which song I'm voting for!

You should have hooked up with us lot when you were over, mind you, having one American with us was quite enough for Finsbury
Mr Gleed, you really think YSF was the worst on the tour? and not the horrible jazz version (for the 83rd time) of True Faith![]()
I've been debating this one since PC&L Survivor started. Both are wonderful songs which bring back great "live" memories for me. However, it has to be YSF. A majestic song that IMHO is shown at it's best played indoors, I won't forget the Brixton Academy literally shaking to it in Dec '83. Not sure how it sounds these days, but for me it's the one.
YSF for me : just more symbolic of the true NO sound, and a better song IMH0.
I reckon this one's down to the wire (my vote makes it 14 apiece
)
age of consent!
ok, i know.....
Your Silent Face because i don´t get why so many people LOVES Leave Me A-Loan....

Don't blame me; I didn't vote it off!
With such a tight vote (20-20), I felt it was my duty to use my vote responsibly. I thus dug out PCL to give the contenders one last chance to swing my vote, and lo and behold, Your Silent Face won the day.
And it's now 21-21.
But why, why, did you all vote off Age Of Consent? ![]()
