I put a downloadable Mp3 "Transmission" cover (played by me) on my website (http://www.thesand.net). I mentioned clearly it's a JD cover, and that JD are the rightful authors. But now I have doubts wether it's illegal or not anyway. Who should I ask to for copyrights/permission? Can anyone help me?

You can cover whatever you like as long as you DON'T use it for commercial purposes!
