i've been listening to a few old N.O. bootlegs and i noticed that there seems to be 2 different people singing some songs. is that hooky? for example, NEW YORK UKRANIAN NATIONAL HOME show, whoever is singing ceremony sounds different than bernard, am i crazy?

No, it's definitely Barney singing that one. Hooky only sang Dreams Never End, though he does mumble backing vocals in a few others in later years.
