The canadian war child cd was out today. It's entitled Peace Songs and come as a double CD without New Order's song on it. They've put Céline Dion and Garou instead.
What a shame...

I think that rule your talking about only applies to radio stations. They have to play a minimum of canadian content but i don't think it's 50% though
Don't know about that, but in Quebec the french radio stations have to play at least 60% of french music in their overall programs.
This is why you get all the "hits" during the rush hours in the day and in the "slow" evening hours, you get all these french songs on the air.
