I have not been able to find it at any of the places I normally order from, Mr. Rocket Man.

http://www.cd-wow.com have it for £8.99 and free p&p. Trouble is they won't be dispatching it until 28th April.

Well, I'm trying one of the Amazon Marketplace sellers. I have no idea how long shipping from Amazon UK would take and expedited shipping from there is more than the product price.
