John - check out the thread headed top 20 rarities or something like taht started by Murv on this board recently.

As for value - it's how much someone is prepared to pay so timing important if selling (you cant sell them!)

If for insurance purposes then have a look at e-bay, search under new order & these items do crop up from time to time, else check eil.com for their (inflated) prices - most of these are on there & you may be pleasantly surprised by the pc&l coloured vinyl price...

RUN 2 7 inch i believe only 500,the 12 inch in uk was 10,000 then another run of 10,000. The VIDEO 5 8 6 and CD are not what i would describe as rare. PCL...BEWARE there are many BOOTLEGS. THE DAT'S are not that expensive cos no one can play them.:D But as with ALL collecting if you want it...BUY it.I used to pay SILLY prices some times but i NEEDED them.

Perhaps there are...but then again the COLLECTING world is very fickle. The brilliant CANADIAN BLT cost me £2=50p in the early 90's and this is one of the BEST covers on the 7 inch singles. The FBN123 TWO PICTURE COVER PERFECT KISS which took me years to get both ABSOLUTE MINT copies was available LATER from a guy in ACCRINGTON who must have had about 20 of each ones. Why i just didn't buy them all is a bit of a mystery. Then again i had not heard of E-BAY then. Now people are taken in by the AUCTION rather than the actual value and numbers game. But again i say it is ONLY worth what you are willing to pay for it.And ask yourself DO YOU REALLY NEED IT.Probably not but that is life.:D

To be fair it matters little to me if there are 500 or 5million, i'd never sell it as i wouldnt any of my NewOrder stuff - i collect it for one reason - cause i LIKE it!! :D

I should maybe check my own discography, but is this the same 7" version than on the 12"? with the MTO 7" version?
