Is Elegia related to The Music of the Spheres?

I don't know what's making me think this, just sometimes at night I can hear it in my head and something told me the two could be related.

Dunno what Music Of The Spheres is, but I've always thought New Order were trying to do their own version of the Tubular Bells piece of music that was in The Excorcist when they recorded Elegia.
