Monday June 9th, 2003,

GET READY for 2 full hours of only New ORder The radio show "DESTINATION UNKNOWN" hosted by fellow NOOLiner Kamar Khan will be doing an all NEW ORDER night.

10pm - 12 am in chicago, I believe that's central time, right?

you can listen on the net. you have to go to http://www.wluw.org

well, Im in Texas and I was able to hear it....I used my RealOne Player to listen.

It is broadcast in chicago, but the station also broadcast on the net. there is a link at there website. Virtually and mp3 program that can handle streaming audio will work. I used my itunes.

oh yeah, it helps to have broadband, but I think PIP has dial up, and she was able to listen

Yep....only problem I had was my computer volume would not go loud enough....but I have new speakers now!!

I agree with Anita - Total Recorder is an ace program (I use to convert my old bootlegs into wav files which I can then burn to CD).

In terms of recording streamed music, StreamboxVCR is the best one I know of - see here

or i can just record the show directly from the studio onto cdrs, and send them to someone who can make copies for people who want one. id make copies myself, but itll take me forever because i procastinate :( hope lots of you listen and make requests!

That would be great!!...Can we email our request? I had to get WenOrder to do my last request cause I dont have AOL messenger.....Also, dont give the cd to Jeff to make copies....we will never get them done.. :beer:

Sounds excellent; I'll have to remember about that. Anyone know when the NO documentary on Radio 2 UK's being broadcast?
