My powers are taking a cruel blow.
I only have the original Electronic album coming through the mind waves P, if its any other (i.e. the latter 90's efforts) I'm lost. The original album had some painfully sad songs on which I hoped you would latch onto. There are some good numbers on one other album which you may find good enough to rank as classics... one of the songs goes
"I used to think that I was surly, living in my own world, du da du da early"
(oh eck)
Well then, from my initial 3 I was on the right scent eh. There's a little hope for me yet.
Mmmmmm.... its one of these ...

I like 'For You'. And also 'Out of my league' or something like that.
I like one of the remixes of Second Nature; I think it's called the Trance Atlantic Dub or something like that. But that's not the answer to the guessing game.
For You is an average guitar track IMO, bar the middle guitar bit by Johnny Marr.
I remember hearing it once on a ex-girlfriends indie compilation CD and it just blended in with the other dross to be honest. Also taught me never to trust people who buy indie compilations.

Sounded good on '...And God Created Madchester'

Get it in the goddamn airlock and blow it the fuck out into space! The perfect solution for Rock the Shithole, if only the virus could have been contained earlier.
I don't do lunch Pat. Sos about that, I got wrapped up in several immediate jobs on the go... and just when I was going to get the tasty morsel, dash it, that always happens. The laughing Huntsman was meant to represent me laughing at the pinnacle of my rubbish sleuth like guesswork when you said... should I just tell you after I'd narrowed it down to only 4 with only 15 hints.
So... ready to release the snippit?
(ps animals never attack me, they might attempt it but once they've smelt me up close they know I'm their friend and, when push comes to shove, there master).
Okay, here goes, Huntsy, close your eyes, I know you're going to be disappointed, baffled, and amazed... it's...
Gangster.
'Gangster' was planned as a single, wasn't it? Right after 'Get The Message'. But then never got released for some reason?
Trust El Jarvo to gatecrash the release of the snippit with sensible comment. Jarvo I genuinely never thought I would meet anyone with as much 'keeping it real' knowledge on JD, NO and relative projects but when all said and done I can't compete.
Pasty, you have shocked and unnerved me. I took 'Gangster' out of the running immediately, given the more tactile masters on the premier Electronic album. Well, there's always a bigger fish etc.
Right, here goes, I'm going to try one on Jarvo here... Jarvo, did you know that Gangster was based on a true story of a Mancland gangster that was banged up for getting nabbed whilst peddling shit? - a close pal of Barney;s evidently.
(Hope that adds to the listening pleasure Pasty)
Offspring?? If you ask me they're the Aereosmith of nu-metal.
Hmmm, this could start a new thread of favourite bands that everybody else thinks are naff. Actually, I might just do that.
