Hello New Order..

I'm a 16year old boy so exuse for my bad english, hope you'll understand it.. I have heard New Order - Confusion is being remixed by Dj Newcastle www.mymusic.dk/bands/dj-newcastle/ officialt.. Is that true.. Cause I have heard the remix and its not up to New Orders standard... In the first 10-15 sec its there a lightly introducion of Dj Newcastle then Confusion runs from its start to end with a gigant pitch on.. Its sounds very bad.. Then I contacted Dj Newcastle because I did'ent trought New Order wound give him a conferm to make a remix.. So I ask you.. Is it true New Order have license to remix of New Order - Confusion?
