Hi all,

I can remember reading, almost a year and half ago about NewOrder new album coming out and someone hearing a rough cut of what they had made... Does anyone have a copy of that list...I can remember that there was a song called "Synthesized" on the list.... Did this list turn out to be a farce or was there any truth to it???

'Synthesized'? Wasen't that supposed to be the album title originally? ( there was about a 50/50 split in it, if my memory's correct)

Synthesized is a PRANK we made for April Fool's Day. I made that song title myself.

And it was a hell of a good prank too!

Oh COME ON!! All this is not true and you know it, so stop trying to cover up. It wasn't New Order at all, It was bloody well JAMIROQUAI : "Synkronized". You all just got yer wires crossed that's all.

but you'll have to admit that the instrumental track I chose for the prank really sounded like it could be from New Order!!!

The name of the band is The Flir, and the song was "Naked" (available in mp3 at theflir.com last time I checked).
