has there ever been a new order related release that was released on time?

Don't bother with the online stores, get it from LTM as p&p is free in the UK and only £1.20 worldwide.

It's not released yet, but if you mail James Nice at LTM jnice@ltmpub.freeserve.co.uk then he will contact you when it is released.

As an aside to their marketing department, let it be known that since the release of the Vanilla Ice movie "Cool as Ice," nothing released under that title ever again will be perceived as remotely cool. It's ruined forever.

hey, ley off Vanilla Ice, the misunderstood Ice paved the way for later stars in the Western world like Eminem, Mark Walberg and Ali G... Vanilla Ice is sort of like the Jackie Robinson or Larry Doby of hiphop. without Vanilla Ice, Barney may not even had the courage to do Feel Every Beat on the 1st Electronic record!

and Vanilla Ice is due for another comeback try anytime now!

A couple of years ago the local college radio station was playing the new "rap-metal" version of "Ice Ice Baby" by the "new" Vanilla Ice (sporting white-boy dreads).

See what a bad title this is? Now we're catching up on Vanilla Ice's career.

True. Martin, I just have to say, I love the Giger avatar, as well as your last one. Have you seen that one that caused the obscenity trial when it was packaged in that Dead Kennedys album? Quite funny stuff. Not the one I'd hang on my wall at home, though.

What's so "weird" and "surreal" about penises entering vaginas?

Just got this from James at LTM

"Just a short note to say that the LTM website has now been updated to include full details of the forthcoming Cool As Ice: Be Music Productions CD/DLP. The CD should be available for mail order at the end of July, with the vinyl following at the end of August. You'll also find more details of the expanded Quando Quango CD.

www.ltmpub.freeserve.co.uk/ltmhome.html

best wishes

james"

Fuller details of the artists and Be Music themselves are here:

http://www.ltmpub.freeserve.co.uk/bemusicnotes.html which includes the facsinating news that the legendary Be Music Theme was Peter Hook alone.

worthless info now, but i know that at one time (late in his career) the drummer from "warrant" had one of those giant, stadium-rocker drumsets, wrapped entirely in a Giger shell-wrap.

the band sucked, but at least they had a cool-looking drumset. it was too big, but it still looked cool.

I seem to recall that an acquaintance of mine who likes nu-metal told me that the singer for Korn had a mike stand designed by Giger.

This is true, Jonathan Davis does have a mike stand designed by said Giger.

I believe you can order Giger furniture because I've seen it online. However, it costs an extraordinary amount of money, so I'm not surprised that you'd have to be a rock star to afford it.

... and I saw Species 2, too, only to find out in the final credits that Monsieur Giger, herr, I mean Herr Giger had nothing to do with that travestie of a movie (yes it's that awful: next to it the original Species is a work of genius)! Later I found out that he "asked" MGM to remove his "creature design" credit from the movie's final cut, and thank God he did that!

Do you blame him? that film was worse than the first.
